POSITION SUMMARY:
The position is responsible for driving sales performance, market share, and brand representation/discover ability for our key online retailers. This role is accountable for knowing specific retailers’ strategies, operations, and shoppers deeply in order to create and execute effective strategies and educate the internal organization. This role owns the relationship with specific online retailers and is responsible for the creation and execution of an annual joint business plan, negotiating all retailer/trade-related terms/contracts, data access/KPI-tracking, sharing and translating category insights into actionable plans, and addressing all retailer specific requests/requirements.

FINANCIAL/STRATEGIC IMPACT:
Achieving corporate objectives on Market Share, Sales Volume Growth and profitability. Sets strategic direction/guidance for success at the leading customer in the fastest growing channel. Aligning corporate and customer objectives to find mutual benefits utilizing road maps and CAP. Manages assigned budgets.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years previous experience in E commerce Account Management ; and/or vendor management experience at a leading retailer responsible for driving online sales for the retailer either in a buying, merchandising or marketing capacity:
