Contribute to the development of the market's implementation plan for the Global Brand Activation strategy for retail Omni-Channel Marketing initiatives and activities in Training, Athletics and Heart Beat Sports category across the Direct to Consumer (DtC) Door.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute Training, Athletics and Heart Beat Sports category’s implementation plan of the Global Brand Activation strategy into the seasonal DTC plan with creating and executing the initiatives in line with brand guidelines.
- Input to Global Concepts-to-Consumer on any additional local retail marketing needs and global toolbox performance through Omni Channel Marketing lead.
- Ensure the alignment of Brand Calendar and Key account calendar on Training, Athletics and Heart Beat Sports Categories.
- Ensure the Category plan of Training, Athletics and Heart Beat Sports is well integrated for promoting the brand as well as sell-through by managing MWB with closer relationship with DTC channel team.
- Manage retail space solutions of Training, Athletics and Heart Beat Sports across all DTC stores by partnering with channel team and other Brand activation functions, Omni Channel Visual Merchandising/Instore Communications, Brand Communications, etc.
- Make sure positive ROI on both planning and execution phase for Training, Athletics and Heart Beat Sports DTC Omni Channel marketing initiatives across all key DTC stores and be accountable for it.
- Control budget with understanding forecast and monitoring record.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant Marketing fields
- Demonstration of strong leadership
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Passion for sports and marketing
