Description of Job	As our internship programs in Asia continue to impress our participants, university partners, and government education authorities, CRCC Asia’s Director of Program Operations is looking for its new Business development associate to secure great professional opportunities for the participants in our career development program. The role combines: Research and general management support Networking Negotiations Tasks and responsibilities: Work with the Business development manager to identify interesting career opportunities in companies in the Tokyo area. Work with the Business development manager to contact and partner with the identified companies. Work with the Business development manager to introduce foreign students to the partner companies. The position offers a unique professional opportunity providing insight and skill development related to a variety of fields including higher education, international education, career development, international relations, travel and tourism. Attributes we look for: Someone who can think inside and outside the box Someone who wants to help foreigners and Japan create synergies Comfortable in dealing with people from different cultures Requirements: Organization skills with acute attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize duties in a dynamic work environment Great research skills English fluency (near native or native), high fluency in Japanese preferred (JLPT N3 or above) but not mandatory Experience(s) abroad (studies, internship, work) Currently in Japan and in possession of a student visa valid until the end of June 2019
