Description of Job
Main purpose of the Position
Liaise and provide accurate information to medical/paramedical contacts about Nestlé Nutrition Products, their features, benefits and their appropriate use in compliance with Protection of Breastfeeding and Child Nutrition Act 2002 of Pakistan/ WHO Code and Nestlé Instructions.

POSITION SUMMARY: 

A day in the life of...
  • Convincing medical professionals, paramedical influencers (KOL’s) and decision makers of the quality of Nestlé Nutrition Products by effective medical detailing of product features, advantages and benefits based on company guideline and EES.
  • Developing high value relationships with key stake holders through face-to-face detailing calls, group presentations and other scientific activities within the remit of the Protection of Breastfeeding and Child Nutrition Act 2002 of Pakistan/WHO Code and Nestlé Instructions                                                                                
  • Informing HCPs and creating awareness about WHO/ Protection of Breastfeeding and Child Nutrition Act 2002 of Pakistan.
  • Maintenance of acceptable call frequency as agreed with line manager and ensuring effective territory coverage according to the set norms.
  • Achievement of Communication Objectives through EES (Effective Engagement Skills) based detailing according to the set norms (as per the approve detailing cycle plan)
  • Reporting and managing HCP's data through CRM as per set norms
  • Planning and execution of scientific activities (HPS, SFSs and speaker programs) with agreed number of contacts exposure.
  • Maintenance of both product and competition knowledge and knowledge of Protection of Breastfeeding and Child Nutrition Act 2002 of Pakistan/ WHO Code and Nestlé Instructions up to the acceptable standard
