Job Description: -
1. Work closely with Application
Development, Cloud, Governance, and Security teams to help formulate and
implement a strategy for cloud including developing frameworks, governing
policies and procedures
2.
Build and maintain a consistent
cloud governance framework based on industry standards
3.
Ensure compliance with industry and
internal standards for cloud based security
4.
Develop migration paths for our
existing on-premise systems
5.
Develop and implement standards
6.
Collaborate with various teams to
ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, security, and high
availability of cloud platform
7.
Implement automation techniques to
improve efficiencies of our cloud based systems
8.
Configure and system monitoring and
alerts for our cloud infrastructure
9.
Develop and maintain documentation
on our cloud solution business continuity
10.
Evaluate proof-of-concept for
server, storage, network, and security technologies to support the cloud
infrastructure.
11.
Develop cloud practices, define and
measure security-related activities, and demonstrating improvements to the
cloud programs within the organization.
12.
Evaluate requirements, and user
needs, existing usage of cloud platforms, technical capabilities and overall
cloud application maturity.
13.
Consult with partners or teams on
requirements for new and existing business/technology solutions to assure
compliance. Build effective working relationships, make sound decisions,
successfully make changes, initiate action and achieve results as a trusted
advisor.
