Description of Job


Responsibilities:
·         Responsible for HR Operation Service as ie :-
o  Provide Employee solution base on employee inquiry related people system , employee benefit and etc.
·   Responsible for Employee Data Management from data input ,  maintain and update to ensure employee data accuracy and up to date of employee data in the system.
·    Pre Payroll (Payroll Preparation/ and instruction)
·   Gather all details of payments, all related transactions occurred during the month period to make sure that all payment has been done.
·   Needs to do some calculations for the payment (meal allowance, long services award etc)
· Work closely with payroll to clarify the payment transactions
·   Be able to clarify to employees on if any question about the payment
·   Process Improvement
o  To continue run all the task process smoothly and effectively, may need to review the current day to day working process and have the confidence to advice or immediately take action if process need to be adjusted.
·   HR Local Operations Service;
o   Support on employee engagement program and employee recognition  program
·   Handle or lead other related duties/projects assigned by the immediate manage
Qualification:
            ·         Bachelor degree in related field (business, HR etc)
Experience:
            ·         Minimum 5 years working experience
