Description of Job
|
- Review and maintain facility offer letter, financial agreements and related documents.
- Arrange for establishment of Letters of Credit and provision of margin requirements for imports of raw materials, equipment and spares.
- Arrange the issuance of guarantees from the Company’s bankers as required by terms of tenders and sales agreements.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Calculate bank-wise and facility-wise markup on monthly basis.
- Manage cash and banks (funded and non-funded) position, for the purpose of preparing projected cash and fund position.
- Prepare and maintain necessary treasury documents.
- Prepare and maintain the necessary documents for the registration of mortgage/charge in favor of banks and leasing companies including release of mortgage/charge.
- Prepare schedules/ reports in relation to treasury and leasing matters.
- Remain updated on any change in rules and regulations issued by the SECP and other authorities in relation to Corporate Affairs.
