Description of Job	Key Responsibilities: Achieving Net Sales and Retail Sales Targets of Factory Outlet Stores as per plan, To coordinate with Finance, SCM and other channels to ensure key deliverables like trade terms, Optimization and quarterly inventory targets are achieved, Partner Management: Drive organisation objectives thru franchise Factory Outlet partners and their teams to achieve annual business plan, Inventory Management: Drive efficient inventory management by coordinating with SCM, Finance and other channels, Drive Retail Operations at outlet stores as per Retail management standards, Plan Consumer offers for outlet stores, basis inventory and markdown plan, Develop and implement Strategic Account Plan for factory outlet business, based on profitability and annual business plan, Drive new store expansion plan along with Real Estate and Regional teams, To ensure franchise receivables/Overdues are in control as per plan, To formulate and drive the value business opportunity thru planned production and GFO range for factory outlet business, Drive and execute segmentation strategy for factory outlet business, Identify and communicate Market needs and best practices to the National Franchise Director Professional Background: Functional: > 8 years in sales, ideally with retail focus Industry: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes Leadership:  4 years’ experience Exposure:  Sports Qualifications: University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
