Description of Job
|
JOB
PURPOSE
- Liaise
with Corporate Communications, Product and Commercial, to ensure the
marketing calendar is up to date and that the agreed campaigns are
implemented correctly and on time.
- Plan
each campaign strategy and ensure all product and marketing messages, events
and activities are communicated (email content, landing page layout, social
media brief etc) based on key learning’s. Then report on the performance of
each campaign with recommendations to all stakeholders.
- Track
customer preferences, behavior and feedback to constantly improve content
channels and to achieve targeted online metrics and provide relevant
recommendations to the E Commerce Manager.
- Manage
the online channels on a day to day basis by actively monitoring the traffic,
customer feedback, performance and all business defined KPIs. Generate
relevant reports to influence stakeholders by giving insight to the consumer
and website trends and providing recommendations for enhancements.
- Research
developments and trends on competitor sites, social networks and identify
valuable features and content in order to enhance the online channel content
and customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
& EXPERIENCE
- Applicant
must be willing to work and relocate to Clark Pampanga, Philippines.
- Implement
content and merchandising updates on the website
- Must
have HTML & CMS background.
- Ensure
there is alignment of online with offline activities and liaise with
Corporate Communications for feedback and/or approvals for all website
content.
- Source
and collate assets or brief Corporate Communications (e.g. images, travel
related content and campaigns) for various channels e.g. newsletters, web and
mobile, while ensuring compliance with brand..
