Description of Job

JOB PURPOSE

To support the medical hotline service by providing quality data and reporting.  Investigating complaints and providing full feedback with corrective actions.

To provide support to the Medical Team, liaise with various departments including Emirates Group Medical Services, Medical Benefits and Service Delivery.  Provide feedback to Doctors as required and continually address quality improvement.
  
Key Responsibilities and Accountability 
  • Provide full support to the Medical Hotline
  • Manage the liaison with departments on issues and queries relating to the Medical Hotline.
  • Complaints investigation and feedback
  • Ongoing quality improvement
  • Maintain company reference manuals by amending and updating details to ensure current and correct information is always available and approved by Emirates Group Medical Services.
  • Preparing summary data reports on identified KPI’s.
  • Identification of trends and evaluation


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENC
  • Must have Bachelor’s degree
  • Shorthand and/or speed writing would be an advantage
  • Management / team leader experience
  • Must have experience in quality improvement
  • At least 2 years experience in an administrative capacity in a medium or large size company with  strong administrative skills
  • Must be fully competent in MS Office applications
  • Must have a high degree of fluency in spoken and written English, a pleasant telephone manner and the ability to prioritize work
  • Able to provide analysis and trending on identified KPI’s
  • Experience in providing summary data reports and preparing presentations
  • Experience in complaint management.
