JOB
PURPOSE
Minimum
requirements:
ü
Applicants must be willing to
work and relocate to Clark, Pampanga
ü
Applicants must be a Filipino
citizen or have a relevant residence status
ü
Candidate must possess at
least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
ü
Must have at least 2 years of
WFM experience (any tower), Data Collection and Analysis.
ü
Strong analytical and
organization skills, including trend analysis.
ü
Proficient with time
management.
ü
Ability to plan, prioritize
and organize effectively / detail-oriented.
ü
Demonstrate ability to work
independently, take initiative, problem solve, handle multiple tasks, and
prioritize daily responsibilities.
ü
A thorough knowledge of
computer software. Proficient in Microsoft Office, as well as other related
applications.
ü
Demonstrate flexibility to
adapt quickly to departmental changes and conditions.
ü
Self-motivated with the
demonstrated ability to learn and apply new information quickly, work
independently, and take initiative.
ü
Demonstrate working knowledge
and adherence to all HR & WFM policies, procedures, guidelines, and
practices.
ü
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills are required to interface effectively with staff,
managements, and various other internal and external customers.
ü
Regular, punctual and
consistent attendance.
ü
Ability to work in a team
oriented environment focused on cross training and sharing workload
responsibilities.
ü
Ability to meet deadlines.
ü
Ability to work outside of
normal schedule with little or no notice.
ü
Ability to perform additional
tasks as assigned.
Key
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: (Reporting and Analysis)
ü
Collate, analyze and
prepare accurate daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly performance reports
related to all programs & work streams.
ü
Record &
communicate individual agent’s performance reports including adherence,
productivity and sales analysis
ü
Prepare monthly,
quarterly, half yearly and annual score cards for agents & team leaders
ü
Record and maintain
call performance, monthly sales and revenue, service fee and all other
ancillary revenue reports for all programs
ü
Analyze call trends and
revenue streams across all programs
ü
Recommend changes
where necessary to increase service levels, staff productivity, revenue and
guest experience whilst reducing costs
ü
Continuous
monitoring and gap analysis on processes and productivity of all back office
functions
ü
AdHoc data
collection, analysis, reports and presentation as required.
ü
Maintain all
historical performances & data
ü
Participate in
Operation Group meetings and WFM calls/meetings, when require
ü
Contributes to new
or AdHoc projects when required
Others
ü
Maintain data
protection and confidentiality for both staff and customers.
ü
Support Adhoc
projects when needed and Liaise with other departments as required.
ü
Adhere to company
regulatory requirements such as data protection, data privacy etc. and ensure
full adherence from team.
ü
Perform other lawful
tasks delegated by the management
